This sintered dense alumina possesses a high consistency, hardness and temperature and corrosion resistance.

Function of these Speciality Ceramics

These Specialty Ceramics are used for protection of Industrial components against extreme abrasion and impact wear for high temperatures of above 1000°C.
Very specific use of these products is in the manufacture of ceramic lined bends and pipes used in the transportation of pulverized coal in power plants. Also commonly used in multiple port outlets, PF nozzle, mill discharge valve, Dampers, medium speed roller mills, etc.
It is found that Ceramic Bends are far superior to alloy cast iron, or special steel bends from life expectancy angle.
